Inital Consultations
An initial consultation provides us with the perfect opportunity to get to know yourselves and your pets. We can discuss your requirements and your pets needs, so that we can explore what is best for you.
During this session you will also be required to complete a details and consent form for our records.

This service is free of charge due to being mandatory for any of the services we provide.

Dog Walking
​Walking your dog is one of the best ways to provide exercise and stimulation, and when you are at work or away, you may not have the time to give your dog this. Lunar Paws can lend a professional hand to provide your dog with a range of different walk lengths and types, depending on what best suits you and your dog.
​
You need not worry about your dog being walked with anyone else’s as we will only walk your dog with any other dogs you own/within your household.
Have more than one dog? Depending on suitability and your preference, we can either walk them separately or together.
If you have a younger or older dog that a walk may not be suitable for, please see home visits as an alternative.

Pop-In Home Visits
Whether you have a dog that a walk may not be suitable for, a cat that needs a lunch time feed and leg stretch, or any other pet that requires a pop-in visit whilst you are unavailable - then this is the option for you!

We understand that daycare facilities are not suited to all our furry (and non furry!) family members, and our home visits offer a much more relaxed, stress free environment for both you and your pet as they get to stay within their own home and familiar surroundings.
​Visits are perfect for days when you are going to be working late or away for long hours. They are also great for younger and older pets who can’t be left for too long and provide your pet with some extra human contact and stimulation should they get bored on their own, or simply for that much needed toilet break.
​It’s up to you what you wish to happen during these visits, but it can include activities such as feeding, cleaning out bowls, refilling water, toilet breaks, play time and lots of cuddles!

Prices for home visits are available upon arrangement due to the variation of the service.
Pet Sitting
​We understand that boarding facilities and daycare are not suited to all our 4-legged friends. Like our home visits, pet sitting offers a much more relaxed, stress free environment for both you and your pet as they get to stay within their own home and familiar surroundings.
Pet sitting is typically used by pet guardians whilst they are away from home for a period of time, whether that be working away or simply on holiday. With our pet sitting service, we stay within your home to care for your pets, as well as ensuring your house is looked after whilst you are away.

Please be advised that pet sitting services cannot be provided for a stay exceeding 7 nights at a time.

Prices for pet sitting are available upon arrangement due to the variation of the service.
Important Information
Pet Sitting Bookings
A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required within 72 hours (3 days) of a booking being confirmed by both parties in order to secure dates. The remaining balance will need to be paid in advance (minimum of 1 week) before the commencement of the booking.
Cancellations
Full payment will be required if given 24 hours or less notice for a cancellation and the space cannot be filled.
